Q: How do I start a Commission?

• To start a commission, you can either send me an email directly or use the special order form, which will email me all the details of your request.

 

Q: What happens when I start a commission?

• I will contact you by email to confirm the details of your order and provide updates as I work on it. Before starting, we will go over what you want and finalize all details so expectations are clear.

• All previews of the artwork will include a watermark while the work is in progress. Once completed, the commission will be delivered in a .zip file containing the full-resolution artwork without any watermarks.

 

Q: How long does it take to get my commission?

• Commissions are typically completed within 1–2 months. The exact time may vary depending on my current workload, and some orders may be finished sooner. If you need your commission completed quickly, you can make an additional payment to expedite the order. All commissions will be finished within the timeframe stated in the work order at the time it is created.

 

Q: Can I pay/gift a Commission for someone else?

• Yes, you can gift a commission to someone else. However, all communication and order details will be handled with the person who emails me or submits the original order form. I do not work with multiple people on the same job, as it can cause confusion. If you plan to gift the final image, I prefer to work with you directly, and then you can present the finished piece as a gift.​

 

Q: What are "Complex Renders"?

• Complex renders are commissions that involve detailed or intricate elements, such as pixel art, unique clothing, complex poses, or interactions between multiple characters. This also applies when a LoRA model needs to be trained to create a character because no suitable model of acceptable quality is available.

Q: How do I adopt a Character from here?

• To adopt a character, simply send me an email stating that you would like to adopt one and specify which character listing you are interested in.

 

 

Q: What do I get with the adoptable?

• You will receive a .zip file containing high-resolution images of the character along with a few additional items related to the main image.

The individual adoption packs include:

• 1 Full-Body with a Color Background

• 1 Bust Sketch (b&w)

• 1 Concept Renders (b&w)

• 1 Sticker

 

 

Q: How long is a character up for adoption?

• Once a character is listed for adoption, they will remain available until someone adopts them. If payment is not received within one week of the adoption offer, the character will be relisted for adoption.

 

Q: Do I own the character after adoption?

• Absolutely! Once you adopt a character, you fully own the rights to it. You can rename it, give it as a gift, or use it as your own OC. There is no need to credit me if you share it anywhere.

 

Q: Can I request a specific character to adopt?

• Unfortunately, no. All adoptables are found in the wild. However, if you want a specific character, I recommend looking into starting a commission.

 

Q: What if I want more images of my adopted character?

• That’s a great question! You can actually have more images created of your adopted character through a commission.

 

Q: Is the character's name changeable?

• Absolutely! As with any adoption, you are welcome to rename the character to suit your preference. Each character is provided with an initial name to ensure they have one when listed for adoption.

 

Q: What documentation proves I own this character?

• That’s an excellent question! I provide a Certificate of Authenticity with each adoptable, which details the creator of the artwork and important information about the character. The certificate also documents the transfer of ownership to you. This ensures that you have exclusive rights to the character and adds value to the artwork, as it provides a clear record of when the character was created and who legally owns it.

 

Q: How do I make a payment for the adoptable character?

• Once you have chosen the character you wish to adopt, you can complete the payment by purchasing a Digital Amazon Gift Card for the adoption price. Be sure to select "Custom Amount" to cover the full order. The recipient email address should be: lindezablue@gmail.com
